Our phone number is 404-312-8856. You may call this number any time 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The phone automatically goes to voicemail after 8 p.m., so don’t worry about disturbing anyone. Please understand that due to the nature of our services, we may not be able to answer your call. However, your business is very important to us! If you leave a voice message, we will call you back as soon as possible, usually the same day. This number is the best point of contact for all new clients.
It is your responsibility to contact us by email, phone, or text upon your return home, regardless of what time of day it is. We will do our best to accommodate you if you notify us that you will be returning later than scheduled. If you do not contact us upon your return, we may continue services to ensure the wellbeing of your pets. You will be charged for any additional visits.
